• Messages, prayer requests and connect cards you send us: your name, contact details and what you write. • Event sign-ups (RSVPs): your name, email and how many people are coming. • Small group requests and memberships, and group attendance. • If you have a member account: your details, your household (which may include your children's first names, birth month and year, and school grade), your RSVPs and the sermons you save. • Notes our pastoral team keeps to help care for you.
To reply to you, pray for you, care for our church family, organize events and groups, and send you the messages you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Our church staff and the volunteers who need it to serve you. Our website is provided by gr8mart.ai, which stores this information securely on our behalf and does not use it for anything else. We never share it with other organizations without your permission, unless the law requires it.
For as long as it helps us care for you and our church family. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you; email us at glorifytgod@gmail.com. If you have a member account, you can download or delete your data yourself from "My account". Children's details are only added by a parent or guardian.
